We introduce a very light wight collection with extreme comfort specially designed for spring-summer collection. Burnout printing developments are designed in Masood for perfect style keeping in mind wear-comfort and are ideal for loungewear and sleeping suits to impart the benefits to the users as softness, care & breathability. .
The Technology
The technology uses cotton/polyester blended fabric where cotton portion from the blended fabric is burned leaving behind the polyester portion only. according to the desired designs by means of rotary printing machine and thus providing the fabric a textured look.

Consideration on GSM

  1. Fabric weight after burnout is always less than the fabric weight before the burnout printing but the cut able area of the fabric remains the same.
  2. For the same fabric, the fabric weights after burnout printing depends upon the nature of designs (weight variations will be according to designs.

Consideration of Fabric Contents:

  1. After burnout printing, the overall polyester content is always greater and cotton is less than that of the contents before burnout.
  2. At the burnout areas, there will be 100% polyester
  3. Rest of  the fabric contents will remain same as before burnout printing
